Will Nyerere is a filmmaker, producer and script writer with experience across documentary, fiction and television.

 

Graduating from Cambridge with a double first in Social Anthropology 2013, Will started out working on film sets as a runner. Since then, Will has worked as a commercial videographer, taken a Masters Degree in Anthropological Documentary Making at Manchester University and has produced and made a variety of fiction and non-fiction films. Most of Will's work to date has been in documentary, often in tough environments including filming in Ugandan slums and underground with cavers. 

 

Will combines his work at Gravel and Sugar with a position on the BBC's famous Production Trainee Scheme.
